Agitator Section

The agitator mixes a dry feed with water, producing a thick slurry that comes off of the washing portion of the unit and onto the dewatering screen.

Dewatering Screen

Instantly Salable Sand

The Aggredry Washer’s screw removes clay, dirt, and crusher dust from your sand, creating sand that’s ready for shipment.

Fines Recovery System

0.25mm sand collects in an under flume and is reintroduced back into the sand screw via this water jet. The patented technology saves up to 3% of material from waste pond.

FINE MATERIAL SCREW

Single or twin screws, protected with adjustable 1” thick rubber wear shoes. In sand applications, rubber has 10% longer wear life than other wear products.
